Julie completed a two year secretarial course after school and then worked for a merchant bank in London from 1979 to 1985. On leaving, Julie had her four children and during that time prepared her husband’s books.

Having met Michael through both Julie and her husband and Michael and his wife attending the same church, Julie joined Michael’s original firm in 1992 as an administrator in the technical department. Julie followed Michael to his current firm in early 2000 just over a year after he set up on his own following his stroke.

Julie is an excellent administrator. She is well known by most clients and suppliers and has a significantly underrated technical knowledge beyond her payroll duties which she manages without fuss.

In mid 2019 Julie and her husband moved to Devon, but due to the current advances in technology Julie is able to continue her duties as before.

When not working, Julie enjoys baking and exploring the beautiful countryside on her doorstep.
